The Situation
teamwave is a feedback and engagement platform developed for companies to build a stronger culture. The project was initiated by Brigitta Möstl, founder of teamwave, and SEADEV Studios CEO Lukas Obermann, and is jointly handled by Wegenics, SEADEV Studios and Full Stack Strategists.
The Solution
SEADEV Studios works as a technical partner with the client. On the development side, we cover almost all areas including frontend, backend, database, admin apps, and external interfaces.
The Approach
The platform uses a modern NodeJS/VueJS/MongoDB stack with comprehensive analytics and dashboard features for HR teams.
The Outlook
The platform continues to evolve with new features to help companies understand and improve their workplace culture.
