General Introduction - Social Media Links

Plugins are integrated via linked graphics. Clicking forwards users to respective social media services. Upon access, each platform records user information including IP address, date, time, and visited pages.

Logged-in users may have information assigned to their personal accounts. "Share" button interactions may be stored in personal accounts and published. Users can prevent direct assignment by logging out before clicking graphics or configuring account settings accordingly.

SEADEV Studios uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Legal Basis: Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR, with legitimate interests in analysis, optimization, and economic website operation.

Data Processing: Usage and user-related information (IP address, location, visit time/frequency) transmits to United States Google servers. The service includes an anonymization function truncating IP addresses within the EU/EEA before US transmission.

Google evaluates visit data and visitor behavior. This information supports related services regarding website use and internet activity generally. Google does not connect IP addresses to other data.

SEADEV Studios uses Matomo, open-source software analyzing site usage. Data including IP address, visited pages, referrer URL, visit duration, and visit frequency is processed.

Matomo stores a browser cookie on your device for one-week validity.

Legal Basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (if consent granted) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, with legitimate interests in website analysis and optimization.

The "Automatically Anonymize Visitor IPs" function truncates IP addresses by two bytes, preventing assignment to you or your internet connection.

jQuery CDN

SEADEV Studios uses jQuery CDN, a Content Delivery Network optimizing retrieval speed, design, and content presentation across devices. This jQuery Foundation service distributes via StackPath CDN.

JavaScript libraries load from CDN servers if not in browser cache when visiting other websites. CDN server connections record your IP address. EU server location cannot be guaranteed.

Legal Basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR, with legitimate interests in speeding loading times, protecting the website, and analyzing/optimizing site performance.

Installing JavaScript blockers (noscript.net or ghostery.com) prevents jQuery code execution. Preventing/restricting JavaScript execution may limit website content and functionality availability.

jsdelivr.net-CDN

SEADEV Studios uses jsdelivr.com, a content delivery network provided by Prospectone Sp.z.o.o., ul. Krolweska 65A, 30-081, Cracow, Poland.

JavaScript libraries load from third-party servers recording your IP address. The company cannot control whether third parties process IP addresses for statistical purposes.
